	Jaldi Charger	About AirJaldi High speed Internet access has changed the world immeasurably. A dazzling array of divides have been bridged – from educational and political to cultural and linguistic. Some gaps have not been narrowed, however, and some have been widened. This is particularly true for rural communities in developing countries, where building Internet infrastructures is not economically attractive due to the high cost of reaching users with low purchasing power. AirJaldi is a social enterprise established in Dharamsala, India with aim of narrowing these gaps. Early in 2005, following the deregulation for outdoor use of WiFi in India , we began our work by helping to create the Dharamsala Community Wireless-Mesh Network in cooperation with the Tibetan Technology Center. Our work centers on: Research and Development, with a focus on techonologies suitable for rural areas. Training and capacity building, mainly through courses given at our AirJaldi Netowrk Academies . Knowledge sharing and advocacy, carried out through public events organized by us (such as the AirJaldi Summit held in Dharamsala in October 2006 and the ExtremCom 2010 workshop held in Dharamsala on September 2010) and participation in public seminars, workshops and conferences.
	Openmoko	Openmoko™ is a project dedicated to delivering mobile phones with an open source software stack. Openmoko was formerly associated with Openmoko Inc, but is nowadays simply a gathering of people with the shared goal of "Free The Phone". Distributors are currently selling updated versions of the Openmoko Inc's phone released in 2008, Neo FreeRunner, to advanced users, while the software stack for FreeRunner and future free phones is being developed by the community. In 2012, the modern 3.5G / OMAP3 upgrade to FreeRunner and an upgraded OpenPhoenux aka GTA04 Complete is now available.
	WIKISPEED	WIKISPEEDʼs vision is to change the way manufacturers and consumers think about cars. The team uses a collaborative process of rapid prototyping to build modular cars, where improvements can be incorporated immediately. Resulting in 100 mpg+ cars that have a total cost of ownership similar to existing economy cars. WIKISPEED Team of Volunteers includes NASA engineers, technicians from Apple Computer, the gentleman who founded MIT’s material sciences laboratory, a person who managed the largest military research facility in the world, Google and Microsoft employees, aerodynamicists, tire compound engineers, machinists, fabricators, composites specialists, simulation and CAD staff, alongside passionate house-parents pairing with their kids, grade school through graduate school students, Lean Startup veterans, and every day heroes changing the world by making 100 mpg cars fast, safe, affordable, and with a total cost of ownership similar to existing economy cars.
	Worldbike	Worldbike designs and distributes low-cost bicycles for programs that increase economic opportunity, improve health outcomes and boost enrollment and gender equity in secondary school among the rural poor. Our bikes withstand large loads, rough terrain and inclement weather and are configured to be not only affordable, but also maintained and repaired locally. Through partnership with international and local agencies, private companies, foundations and NGOs, Worldbike helps arrange microcredit financing for bike purchases and supplement sales with support from funders and private donors.
